I appreciated the rooftop breakfast. The view was just fine. i really adored the hotel's décor. It felt so personal, each room having unique touches. free parking was such a help. i felt grateful.

the spa pool's water could have been a bit warmer.

breakfast offered many eggs, including scrambled, poached, and boiled variations. there were also layered pies, salads, and traditional albanian dishes. lots of fruit, cakes, and other sweet treats were available. the food was AMAZING!!!

the room was extra, extra large. the apartment is spacious and cozy. free toiletries, ropes, and slippers for the spa were available in the room, better.

The location was acceptable. It was relatively close to the city center.

The shower lacked a door, so the bathroom always had water everywhere and it was slippery. sometimes, getting out of the parking area was difficult since it is small. cars were parked blocking others and i had to wait for someone to move their car before i could leave. Not ideal when you're on a schedule.

The room was quite large, I will give the place that.

The cleanliness was not great. I found hair in the bathroom. The whirlpool tub barely worked. It just gurgled weakly, not a relaxing experience. The staff at the front desk seemed indifferent and not particularly helpful.

The hotel design charmed me. I was kinda surprised by the swimming pool with fish and birds. The staff at reception were excellent and helpful (Reni stood out!). I found my beautiful suite spacious.

The air conditioner did NOT work well in the room.

The hotel includes a gym with modern equipment for fitness enthusiasts. There is a nice swimming pool available , it even had real fish. The hotel also provides elevators for easy access to different floors.
